Tricia Biel-Goebel, MS, OTR/L

About TriciaAbout TriciaTricia completed her undergraduate coursework at Prescott College, earning a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and biology in 2001. After graduation, she worked as an art teacher and after school director for many years with children in grades K-8. Feeling called to work with children in a different and more meaningful way, she discovered occupational therapy and went on to earn her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Salus University in 2016. Tricia has professional experience working in schools, outpatient, and home pediatric settings. She is a certified positive discipline classroom educator and has training in neuroscience and self-regulation techniques for kids with sensory disorders. She enjoys adding to her body of knowledge and working with other disciplines to make her approach as holistic as possible. Tricia is a Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of PA.
Katie Kolecki, OTR/L

About KatieAbout KatieKatie was introduced to the field of occupational therapy in high school & knew instantly that was the career she wanted. She never looked back. Katie has almost 20 years experience treating clients of all ages. She has worked in Early Intervention (birth – 3 years old) in multiple counties in PA as well as providing therapy in 3 different outpatient pediatric clinics. Katie has also done homecare with the adult population. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 1998. She completed her advanced NDT training in Whitehall, PA in 2003 with Lois Bly, MA, PT. She is excited to join the amazing team at Sensory Zone & be reunited with some old friends & coworkers to provide excellent care to children of all ages.
Amber Lee, MS, OTR/L

About AmberAbout AmberAmber completed her undergraduate coursework in Interdisciplinary Health Services at Saint Joseph’s University. She continued her education at Salus University, graduating with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Degree. She has always had a strong passion for working with children and completed her level I and level II field-works in the pediatric field. In addition to working at the Sensory Zone, Amber has experience in the school system and Early Intervention making her knowledgable about the processes in each of these entities. Amber has completed certifications and continuing education in Handwriting Without Tears, Zones of Regulation, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Therapy, The Listening Program (TLP), Primitive Reflex Integration, and Interoception. In addition, Amber also specializes in potty training, sleep consultation, emotional regulation, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Schedule an appointment with Amber Lee today. Rachel McMahon, MS, OTR/L

About RachelAbout RachelRachel graduated from La Salle University in 2016 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After receiving her bachelor’s, she worked in a behavioral health hospital as a Mental Health Technician where she provided support to children and adolescents with ASD and a variety of mental health diagnoses. From there she transitioned into a case management role, working as a Supports Coordinator to help secure both county related support services and funding for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism. These positions allowed Rachel to solidify her true passion for Occupational Therapy. Rachel graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Sciences with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in January of 2022. She completed her first clinical rotation in an acute care hospital and gained experience working with adults with a variety of diagnoses such as heart failure, cerebral vertebral accidents, deconditioning, and traumatic brain injury. Her second clinical rotation specialized in adult hand therapy and outpatient pediatrics. This rotation solidified her love of working with children, promoting their independence, incorporating creative interventions, and brainstorming ways to help them succeed! Rachel is a licensed Occupational Therapist by the Pennsylvania Department of State and is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Nicole Meeker, MSOT, OTR/L

About NicoleAbout NicoleNicole graduated cum laude from West Chester University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology. During her time at WCU, she participated in numerous research groups relating to mindfulness, yoga, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. After graduation, Nicole became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT200) and began working at Sensory Zone as an ABA therapist. She also began pursuing her career in occupational therapy at Gwynedd Mercy University. Nicole was part of the first graduating class of the MSOT program at GMercyU. Here, she gained even more pediatric experience through various fieldwork placements, one of which was in early intervention. Nicole spent this time creating parent-friendly handouts to explain each of the eight sensory systems as well as sleep and feeding strategies that can be implemented at home. Nicole continues to use her education on mindfulness, CBT, breath work, and meditation in her OT sessions at Sensory Zone. She also loves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to create dramatic play schemes (grocery store, post office, library, etc) to promote play with peers and the growth of executive functioning and language skills. Nicole earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, is certified by NBCOT, and is a licensed Occupational Therapist by the Pennsylvania Department of State.
Mandy Mignone, MS, OTR/L

About MandyAbout MandyMandy completed her undergraduate work at Wilkes University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2006. In 2008, she began her career in pediatrics. During the next five years, she worked as a one-to-one therapist in treating children with various diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. It was during this time that she discovered her love and passion for occupational therapy. She earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Philadelphia University in 2013. Prior to joining the team at Sensory Zone, she worked as an occupational therapist for two years in a private sensory-based clinic in Connecticut. Mandy has experience working with children of all age ranges and various diagnoses in both the clinic and school setting. She has also obtained formal educational training in the subject areas of sensory integration, primitive reflexes, and Integrated Listening.
Hannah Schumann, MS, OTR/L

About HannahAbout HannahHannah graduated summa cum laude from Alvernia University with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021. During her clinical rotation in an outpatient clinic specializing in vision therapy, Hannah discovered her passion for working with children. This experience inspired her to help clients achieve their developmental milestones and enhance their daily functioning. Hannah has been proudly serving children and families at Sensory Zone as an occupational therapist since graduating in 2021. Hannah has pursued advanced training in the Interoception Curriculum by Kelly Mahler and the SOS Approach to feeding therapy. She is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, equipping her with the knowledge to support children with diverse needs. Hannah is a licensed Occupational Therapist by the Pennsylvania Department of State and is also certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

About JenniferAbout JenniferJennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Community Services. She graduated summa cum laude from Salus University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has several years of pediatric experience helping children thrive in school and at home as well as coaching parents through their children’s various stages of development. She fell in love with occupational therapy after seeing the impact it made on several family members’ lives. She is currently pursuing her CLASI certificate in Sensory Integration. She is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and is a licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania. When not working, she loves taking family hikes with her husband, three kids and dog, reading a good book or playing with nieces and nephews.

About ChelseaAbout ChelseaChelsea graduated from Temple University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She worked in behavioral health for 7 years providing therapeutic support to children with developmental disorders and mental health diagnoses to support their participation and behavioral success within their natural settings. During her time in behavioral health, Chelsea worked alongside many interdisciplinary team members, and became passionate about pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy. Chelsea graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. During her education, Chelsea had a fieldwork experience at Sensory Zone and two other fieldwork placements within K-12 educational settings. Chelsea also works with adults in acute rehabilitation and feels passionate about supporting a variety of clients in a holistic manner.
Reanna Ventresca, MSW, LCSW

About ReannaAbout ReannaReanna is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with a strong foundation in child welfare and mental health. Since beginning her social work journey in 2014, Reanna has specialized in supporting children and families, first through her work in the foster care system and later focusing on pediatric and adolescent mental health. She is particularly skilled in helping young clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach. As a Certified Autplay Therapist and clinician trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Reanna integrates these modalities with her social work principles to provide holistic care. She is passionate about promoting the dignity and worth of every individual, advocating for equality, and delivering services that uphold integrity and support communities. Reanna holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW, MSW) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with her family, and caring for her many pets..

About DonnaAbout DonnaDonna Walsh is a Pennsylvania licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She is nationally certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds a teaching certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from Bloomsburg University and graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from Penn State University. For the past 29 years, Donna has worked collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and family members improving the speech and language skills of children, adolescents, and young adults. She has worked in a variety of settings including, public and private schools, hospitals, and the homes of students. Donna’s passion lies in her private practice that she established 26 years ago. In this setting, she works closely with families to help individuals reach their highest potential in their language, academic, and social development. She is eager to bring this same passion to the collaborative team at the Sensory Zone. Donna continues her education and training and remains current in speech therapy treatment techniques. She has trained extensively in the treatment of autism, ADHD, childhood apraxia of speech, social and pragmatic skills, executive functioning, language based reading disorders, and auditory processing. She has presented and trained therapists and educators on developing language skills in children. When not working, Donna loves to spend time with her husband, two daughters, and little dog, Lola. She loves the outdoors and enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, and boating.
Mary Walsh, MA, CCC-SLP

About MaryAbout MaryMary Walsh is a Pennsylvania licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She is nationally certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds a teaching certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University and graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Montclair State University. Mary has spent the majority of her career in the public school system, both in Colorado and Pennsylvania, where she worked collaboratively with a variety of therapists, teachers, and family members. She has worked with both children and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses during her time in the schools. Mary’s passion lies in using technology to help children communicate with augmentative and alternative communication systems when an innovative therapy approach is needed. She is excited to work on communication skills in a motivating and play based setting like Sensory Zone where progress with speech and language goals often just feels like fun for the students. When not working, Mary can be found outside rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and boating.

About AshleyAbout AshleyAshley is a pediatric occupational therapist that believes in collaborating with the child’s family, and the child, to empower them in meeting their goals. In 2016, Ashley graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in painting. She worked for several years supporting children as a behavioral health technician in home and school settings. Ashley wanted to broaden her knowledge as a healthcare provider and graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Salus University in 2021. Her fieldwork experience in both pediatric outpatient and 0 to 3 Early Intervention prepared her to support children with diverse strengths and challenges. She has experience working in Early Intervention as an endorsed caregiver coach, providing family-based therapy for babies and toddlers. She believes in collaborating with caregivers to empower them with strategies to support their children. She also has experience supporting older children in an outpatient setting, connecting with them to help them feel empowered to take ownership of their goals and targeting them in a fun, playful way. Ashley has training and experience with supporting children with feeding challenges and a variety of sensory processing differences.
